As far as I know they are allowed to speak to 'authorised' people - they have only taken payment from me instead of my husband if i have the account number, address and how much to pay.....as far as i know they arent allowed to discuss amounts etc

I am a consumer just like you, please get a second opinion or investigate yourself on anything I advise as I am in no way legally trained. Everything I know has come from the Mighty CAG and fellow CAGGERS. :cool:

They should always ask security questions first, before talking to anyone.

 

If not then report to Trading Standards and Info. Commissionaire.

 

But please bare in mind how much fun you can have with this!!!:D

 

They know it`s you on the other end of the phone, but give them the wrong ID/ password. :p LOL They can`t talk to you ;)LMFAO. A little frustrating for them. HA! HA! HA!:mad:
