Hi Everyone

I sent HSBC a CCA request on 3rd June 2009 and I haven't had anything back. All I had was one or two letters saying they can't process my CCA reqest without a true copy of my signature.

I have sent them an 'Account in Dispute' letter back in July 2009.

I have now received this letter from Metropolitan (see attachment).

Should I now send them the 'bemused letter' or should I ask them for my CCA?

Is there anyway that I can stop them adding charges to my account because they think I have gone away?

I have never returned anything to them marked 'Gone Away'

All I did was remove all my contact details of the HSBC Internet Banking website.

Thanks

Vicky

You've got to laugh at their uneducated efforts to bully you.

"This will stay on your credit file until it is paid in full!"

Really! The last time I looked, guidelines state it can only remain on file for 6 years, do-nut.

Let them add charges if they want, you won't have to pay them, maybe they might finally oblige you with an enforceable CCA in the New year, maybe I'll win the Lottery...:D

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
