Hi

Letter 8 here:

The Consumer Forums - Debt collectors

Send recorded delivery

send with a £1 postal order

Can I just say that by going this route does not nescessarily mean you can write your debts off. It all depends on the agreements being enforceable or not. Anybody who has told you that you can write off your debts is wrong.

With a faulty agreement, the creditor may not be able to enforce it via the courts but the debt still exists and they will continue to press you for it.

Good and correct by silverfox, one other thing do not sign the letters if you do, put horizontal lines through it so it can't be lifted.

I have no legal training, any knowledge I have has come from this forum, and my own experiences. Always balance up any advice you get with your own common sense.

Hello and Welcome, latchford.

Are there any charges you could re-claim ?

Regards.

Scott.

The other thing is the term loophole is incorrect, it's the law of the land.

Anybody telling you it's a loophole is be misleading.

You need to go in aggressively so your alleged creditors know you mean business!
