Hi, My SAR request to OC has now gone over the 40 days with nothing having been sent to me. Who do I report them to and is there a suitable template letter anywhere on the forum?

Also is there anyway to enforce them to supply it?

Make a complaint to the ICO, and they should deal with it.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Good advice above....send them a LETTER BEOFRE ACTION giving them a further 7 days to comply and enclose a copy of your original request. - If they still fail to comply then you should complain to the ICO or you can take them to court yourself here are some useful threads
