They are 1 and the same. I got behind with cash genie by 5 days and they have taken the money without permission by using my new dc details they got from paydayiseveryday!

on the phone to natwest now to see when i will be getting it back and if they can/will stop it.

Hi otherside

Typical cash genie tactics. The best way of spotting this on applications is to read the 'about us' tag on the website. This often gives you a clue as to who you are dealing with. Also if you go to one of the brokers (ie not the lender themselves) they will share your details with all and sundry.

Good luck with the bank, they normally refuse to intervene!

Cash Genie will show natwest that you have an agreement with them and Nat West will show no interest.

Hope I am wrong.

Doubt it, worst that can happen is they could say no.

You never know they might surprise you.
