Are Nationwide E-Loans Enforceable?

Mine was taken out pre- 2007 I am sure.

Any ideas to their enforceability?

Very likely so long as all the prescribed terms were presented to you when you agreed to the loan. A signature would have not been needed so long as there was an alternative way to agree the loan (e.g. via you clicking to accept it)
