we have recently had a new heatwise electricity meter installed , our old meter had 4 readings i belived to be

 

normal

afternoon/evening (heatwise)

boost

overnight (heatwise)

 

our new meter has 5 readings , does anyone know what the fifth reading is?

it could possibly be the total? or sometimes weekend, and sometimes a non billable register. Heatwise are horrible meters to understand, and few suppliers can support them due to the complexity of the billing. best thing to do is check with your supplier
