I recieved a PCN on 12/11/2009 as I was running late to pay the metre. I totally forgot about it until this evening, so I went online to pay (I have until 09/12 and it is currently 07/12)

During the payment online it became obvious that the PCN number is incorrect. Instead of the prefix 'GL......' (for Gloucester) it is 'GO......' making it invalid online and I am unable to pay as it will not let me continue. I'd imagine this would be the same if I were to do it say, over the phone? The other information is correct and the fine is now £50 as I missed the 14day deadline ticket. However the warden did only observe for 1 minute.

Is this an invalid ticket? Do I have to write to appeal for the ticket, is it too late? or can I just forget about the ticket because it is incorrect and therefore might not be on their system

thread needs moving

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
