HI all,

Would a SLC debt, 2009... be covered under bankruptcy ?

I ask as my local education authority messed up big time

(see http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/students/227759-student-finance-local-education.html)

IF the government refuse to use their power under the Legislation regarding student loans;

section 115 (2) The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2009 No. 1555

If I file for Bankruptcy then what debt is included and what is excluded ?

As from speaking to the SLC's "overpayments" department they tell me that this is not covered,

when I made clear if this is not sorted I will file for bankruptcy.

Thanks
