Can anyone help me as I am trying to get a statement(s) of account from when a credit card agreement debt was sold on to a third party company. I feel that I need to know and have the original paperwork showing the amounts sold on to identify if the amounts are correct.

What you'll need to do is ssend a Subject Access Request to the Original Creditor.

Use Template letter 11 and include a specific request for exactly what you need.

Unfortunately, the Subject Access Request will cost £10.00
