Got my CCJ set aside on 16/11/09.

Experian removed it with no problems at all.

Equifax won't until I pay £15 to the court and provide a certificate of some kind.

Bit pedantic from them isn't it? Surely one quick check with Registry Trust will resolve this? Why the hell should I pay for a document in order for them to get their info correct?

Why not contact Registry Trust?

THEY are the ones maintaining the (now setaside) CCJ.

According to Registry Trust the CCJ is removed... this is why I cannot understand the position of Equifax.

Have wrote them a stern email via their dispute system stating a few points about the DPA 1998.

Have also written to the ICO for clarification.

Section 10 notice seemed to have worked. Equifax confirmed removal this morning.

Thanks for advice :D
