I have had two agreements sent to me after a CCA request one from Welcome and one from Barclaycard. Both were sent to me to sign and return and neither of them have a cancellation clause in them. I think I have read somewhere on these forums that if they were signed off company premises they have to have a section stating that you have so many days to cancel etc. Am I correct or have I got that bit wrong. Also if I am correct would that make the agreement unenforceable on it's own?

The Right to Cancel Box should be there and that would render the agreement not properly executed. It would be up to a judge then to rule whether the agreement was unenforceable without that clause. As it is an important clause, it is a fairly strong argument in favour of unenforceability.
