I've just found out something interewsting. I know I keep harpering on about the "administration of justice act" but aparently DCA (debt collection agencies, and the courts can do NOTHING if you have a registered illness.

 

Is this true?

True, when your illness results in death, your executor has to deal with it.

Best have some payback & die intestate leaving the courts having to appoint an executor to deal with your affairs/debts (no sense expiring having money to your name, much better to die skint and owing...

I've already warned my kids to expect nothing. I'm spending every penny whilst I can enjoy it.
