Hi

I am totally new to this forum and would like to say hi to all and thanks for the advice that I know will be forthcoming.

I have received a letter from SQN (Sine Qua Non Services). I take it they are a DCA, but as far as I am concerned I do not have any personal debts. I closed a business (Ltd Co) in October 2008 which had 2 debts totally less than £1500.

I have ignored the letter.

A) Does anyone know of this Company?

B) Should I continue to ignore letters from them

C) Ltd Co debts cannot be sought from an Individual ( no fraud involved or anything like thAT)

I've never heard of them and a quick search shows nothing. Do the letters have a company number or a Consumer Credit Licence no. or any other name on it?

I would too. Seems like they are fishing and it's up to them to be clear about the debt and prove it. Keep the letter safe just in case you need it later.
