Natwest stuck a default on my credit file back in 2008 for charges they put on my account, it started off with my account going 75p overdrawn for a DD been refused for been pence short of paying it. I moved house in 2007 and that is when the DD had been declined, but I had already moved account to another bank when I moved house as I found Natwest an un helpful bank, then heard nothing since late 2008 when i got a letter at my new address from a company called Triton saying that I owed Natwest £181 for unauthorised overdraft, I had no letter saying that I had a Default put on credit file, I could do with it removing as in July 2010 my file would have been squeeky clean and it as took me years to get it back clean and now i have this on until 2014. HELP PLEASE?:mad::mad::confused:

Triton are RBS in house debt collection. Default removal may well be better placed in the legal issue forum here perhaps where they may be able to help.
