About 8 weeks ago I lost my job of 5 years working for a well know supermaket for theft of Reward points while shopping instore when off duty, and using selfscan tills. The value of the theft was £7.98. Now they have sent me a bill for £160+ for detection and apprehention services. Plus I was due over £100 to be paid to me as my last wage, but they took this off me and stated I owe them £61.08 as I took all of my holiday for 2009/10. So now they say I owe them £220+.

I have no job, am on JSA and housing and tax benefit, and I only have £50 a week coming in. Can they force me to pay.

Any help on this matter would hopefully be great.

Regards
