sorry to put this in the wrong place, but new to this and don't know how to start. i think i urgently need postggj's help, or anyones for that matter. have contacted fos, but from what i've read i dont hold much hope. need help checking my agreement, interest rates, payments etc. nothing tallies at all. from what i can figure out the apr on my agreement doesn't match what they have been charging me, plus loads of other stuff. please help

I think you should remove anything that could tie you into it....as its well known that Welcome read these threads and could use things against you.

we had a car on finance with welcome first, paid it up a month later with a secured loan, and its down hill from there

mortage indemnity fee on a secured loan below 25k

 

this is a 2004 agreement

 

i cant believe no one has challenged this

 

look at the interest rate quoted

 

holy cow

 

interest at 1.8 per month gives an apr of 21.6

 

NOT 31.6

yes, stopped paying them about 3 months ago when we first suspected it, have notified fos, but reading other threads, i have no faith in them now. when i first mentioned it to welcome about the interest being wrong they told me not to worry. in 2007 they reduced our rate to 21.6%, then a month later to 15.6%, thats when it seemed odd
