Thank goodness for CAG, my saviour!

I hope this is the right place,

I have had car insurance with swinton for a couple of years now,

To my shock, I recieved a letter from them this morning,

Saying that I have purchased a ppi by swinton and

THE FSA have found failures with their process for selling ppi, and

I may be intitle to a refund.

I dont remeber purchasing ppi with them and I never recieved t&c's or a policy,

Please can somebody advise me, I can scan the letter if need be,

I just need the letter putting into barbie language for me to understand, lol

Any takers??

Thanks dx,

The way they have written this letter and the fact it was out of the blue kind of got me a little confused, I guess I should just call them and tell them I didn't know anything about it?

£20 ..... in my house every penny counts ...lol,

Thanks again,
