can someone please help

my partner has just been through a year of going backward and forwards to the bankruptcy courts over an alleged credit card debt which lowels had acquired from compucredit. we had made numerous requests for CA etc to no avail and ended up in court where the judge issued a directive to produce said agreement. Hamptons/lowells failed to comply and where given a futher 14 days in August which they again failed to comply with. they then wrote a letter saying that they didn't intend to proceed and then that they did.

Any how a very anoyed judge dismisseed the claim on 3rd November and issued instructions that their representative was to inform Lowells/hamptons that they where to remove the order which they had tried to sneak onto our property.

this morning we have recieved a letter from Hamptons/lowells with the same account and reference number stating that in the county court the claim was lodged two days after they had lost the bankruptcy hearing on the same alleged debt and threatening to attach an order on our property. can they go to a different court with the same unenforcable debt or have they just got so confused by their own rubbish paperwork.

regards confused
