------------------------------------------------

Bank charge successes:

Halifax - Full settlement incl interest.

HSBC - Settlement, goodwill no admission of liability about 75% of claim.

RBS - Settlement, goodwill no admission of liability about 70% of claim.

2 ongoing claims for bank charges with HSBC with more to come. (Supreme Court ruling could have upset these claims) They did

PPI Successes

PPI 4 settlements on 9 loans. FOS involvement on 7 added on the 8 % Statutory interest another 30% to both.

2 claims settled in full with LV without FOS involvement.

2 claims settled in full with HSBC without FOS involvement

PPI Claims ongoing with:

Cap one Now with the FOS

Barclays. Paid up today 24/04/10 cheque received for over £4,500 and in the bank.

LTSB still have to decide on this as their SAR production was abysmal. Papers data mixed up documents missing etc

1 Complaint not upheld by FOS they said it was ICO issue. Complaint upheld by ICO. See this..

Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.

Jonnyt79 have you tried the "wayback machine"?(Google it) I was doing some reading on their PPI for 2003 there the other day.Once you are there just type in www.lloyds tsb.co.uk in the search and you can search by year and date. Its a slow site but I found it useful.

Hi Jonny, I managed to get a copy of the T&C from a friend a while ago if you want me to dig them out and scan them for you?

EDIT: I think I've attached the first page but I'm not sure it'll work as you have to zoom in to read it. If it's the document you need let me know and I'll post up the other 3 pages.

Hey Buster78!!

Many thanks for your reply!

ive tried to zoom in and it gets to blurred to see the text...

if you could have a look though for me, I need to see if there is anything in the T&C that states if there is a minimum time needed to be in a job at the point of taking out PPI to qualify for the Unemployment cover.

Looking at the up to date T&C its 2 months.

that would be of great help!:)

Cheers jonny
