Any update on a letter I can write to them? I ideally want to try and draw a line under it with them as otherwise I'm going to keep getting companies and sister companies writing me, thanks again guys you have helped me so much already.

You could just ignore as they can do no more whatever they wish to call themselves. If however you feel compelled to write. Simply write informing them that the debt should not have been passed to MCB whilst in dispute, and that you are fully aware that MCB are indeed the same company as DLC. However DLC are persistent and in my case the DLC monthly letters went to MCB after i rejected their offer to deal with MCB the monthly letters started coming from DLC again. The original CCA was requested in early 2007.

You could also make formal complaints about DLC but they must have thousands already and they still seem to breach all and every regulation.
