Sorry if this has already been discussed...I've had a look but my computer is playing up and not showing all posts or stickys.

 

What classes as harrassment over the phone from a DCA? I've been told I'm dealing with one of the worst (Mercer's) but I don't really know much about this. At the moment they're phoning me at least 5 times per day and taking to insulting me to get me to talk to them. I have a fantastic CAB advisor who has said any queries needs to be directed to him (hes written to them on several occassions) but they keep sayin they cant speak to him it needs to be me. I've requested any queries they put to me in writing and I will pass them on and they keep saying 'No'.

 

Not sure what to do?

Make a complaint to your local trading standards & the OFT with regards to their harassment and threats, they are in clear breach of OFT guidelines & CPUT ;
