Car123, as stated in the last post, I can only tell as I see it and have seen it unfold over a period of time, I have not mentioned the company name or given my take on what they do, surely that is for the individual to address and then decide.

I do not wish to engage in a tit for tat posting debate, I dont have the time, and as suggested in the initial post my info was given as a third party it was just to give a veiw as I understand it, positive as opposed negative, purley based on the content of the negative posts.

Iam sure the regular posters have given good advice to many and long may they continue to do so, but having read the posts and experinced (as a third party) how debt issues can effect the person it was just a post.

Iam sure my friend would not like me to publicly open up her financial situation other than to state what I said in the opening post.

Which begs the question for someone who doesn't have the time why do they spend so much of it posting the same comments in other forums?

I can only tell you what I beleive to be true, my friend has been with this company for over 12 months, had bank charges refunded(set off against the O/D) reclaimed ppi premiums paid and had the loan agreement wiped( due to unenforceability) 2 catalogue agreements wiped, one loan to go currently in dispute,(apparantly defects on the agreement) approx £9,000 of debt paid to this company approx £900, at £80.00 a month she will be (according to them) debt free in approx 15/18 months, worked for her! first step finance - MoneySavingExpert.com Forums

Always happy to help where I can!

Beware of legal advice given on a private forum - do you REALLY know who is posting? Are they REALLY accountable for their posts? What if you follow their advice and get something wrong?
