I read the high court made a decsion on enforceable agreements and debt has to be paid. Is this correct, are we all now wasting our time?

What it says is that if a debt is unforcable you still dont have to pay but the dca can still leave a black mark on your credit file which means you won't get credit for six years , but if you've already got a bad credit file and hoping to get away with out paying any of your debts who cares anyway , i know i dont i would sooner be debt free and not get into anymore for six years
