Compensation from DCA's

I wonder if this will become the norm in the future were by the consumer starts claiming compensation from the DCA's for the distress they have caused the individual as a result of all their harrassment etc...

If that was to happen & become a regular occurance, then the DCA industry wouldnt know what had hit it

Great thought that, if only we knew more about wasted costs order, do you have to have court action cancelled to file for wasted costs, or can you do it if you get the "your stronger than we thought so we have closed our files, or discontinued".

I honestly dont think anyone has thought twice about doing such thing in the past?

We just take for granted that we get the threatograms & report them to the authorities etc...

But if each individual (millions up & down the country) were to start obtaining compensation from the DCA's themselves, then it would shake their industry to the core

So in essence can we submit wasted costs order to a DCA if after all their huffing and puffing they close their so called files, and if they dont pay where would we stand with taking court action.....

as much as I detest the "yoomin rites" industry hustlers,has anyone looked at using yoomin rites legislation to haul them over the coals

 

seems to be a license to print money for the hustlers......could we not use it to our advantage?

We could pass it on to a DCA to collect or obtain judgement by default, or even default their credit file
