I was signed up for an MBNA card while I walked around a DIY store by someone with a clip board, it must have been 8 or 9yrs ago now and I cant remember what I actually signed.

Would that be an enforceable agreement???

Sorry if the info is a bit vague :|

regards.

Hi Winifred and welcome to Cag

You will have to request a copy by way of a Section 78 request, see templates section.Enclose a £1.00 PO and print your name.Send recorded Delivery and retain proof of postage. The Creditor then as 12 +2 days to respond, failure would place the request in default.Post up their response if and when recieved.

Winnie if the above is in relation to this paperclip.gif MBNA/Capquest then the debt may have been assigned. Therefore head your request with this " I do not acknowledge any debt/agreement with your company"
