today i got a letter from Liverpool City Council saying i owe them £45 rent

from a flat i left 10 years ago

this is the first time they have contacted me about it despite me still living council property (not like they couldn't find me or anything )

what really p8sses me of about this is the reason i had to leave the flat in the first place

1 it was rat infested and i do mean infested

2 the lady upstairs use to spit at us out of her window as we came in and out of the flat (she done this to every tenant that lived below her until she was removed from the flat about 2 years after we left)

3 i was moved for medical reasons as the stress of the place on me and my gf was to much,an we was given a medical award for a new property

CAG helped me beat my Lowells 2 debts :D:p

then I beat co-op costing them court fees :D:roll:

Yep, if they haven't bothered to contact you about the debt then after 6 years they lose the chance to take action. If they want to take action they have to get permission from the Court. For £45 they would be told to stop wasting the Court's time.
