Hi , i am currently paying three attachments of earnings orders and was wondering how to work out what ny protected earnings level is.

I have three children and the deductions this month ammounted to £370.

Also , how do you work out how much should be paid on these orders. One i know is a set ammount the others are Council tax orders , should the set ammount one be paid in full if i fall below my protected earnings limit.

Any advice appreciated .

Thanks

Hi , thanks for the details , the deductions that have been made ammount to more than the ammount stated for my income.

As i have two priority AOE's are they able to deduct more than the ammount stated as the table suggests that for income of around £1700 / month the deduction should be £259.00.

Last month i had £378.00 deducted which was for the two priority AOE's + one other AOE.

Thanks
