Missed payments and coverplan

I have coverplan for my plasma TV and have coverplan with it , becuase I have fallen behind on my payment they say it is no longer valid.Can they do this ?

if u dont pay for it, you cant have it mate. although you should be given the chance to cath up with your payments...?

 

was it coverplan? or whatever happens?

If you miss payments you are inbreech of contract so yes they can say its no longer valid - doesn't really mean much as you are still covered by the sale of goods act which does about the same as coverplan

it was coverplan , but Currys would have been paid already by HFC wouldnt they ? , Therefore Currys have been paid fully plasma , and DSG (disxons stores group) would have been paid in full for the coverplan , If I am still paying for it via HFC bank (finance) , if it is not valid , why am I paying for it ?

it all depends how you were paying for your coverplan?

 

did the coverplan go into the credit? or was it spread over 10 monthly dd payments?

 

if the latter you aint got a leg. if the first one, then you should be covered as currys have had their money.

 

got the receipt?

it was added on to the finance and yes I always keep receipts

if it was definately added onto the finance then currys have had their money. is there anyway you can scan the receipt in for me to check?
