I have been reading threads about this. Things I am not sure about are:

 

The finance company has never supplied me with a CCA, but what if the judge asks do you owe the money? What should I answer?

 

Am I right in thinking that I have to pay an allocation fee of £1,500.

best answer ive heard for that question is that the dispute is not over whether the money is owed, just whether the claimant is able to legally enforce the debt.

there is a thread devoted to this question if u do a search.

 

what is the AQ in connection with?

if your query is just about the fee, i think u might be confusing the issue with the amount of the claim as opposed to the fee?

Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

I was querying the fee of £1,500, but I phoned the court and they told me that that is only if I was the claiment. It doesn't make that clear on the form.
