Hi this is my story.

I started an Agreement with OU in Febbruary 2009 to pay montly £79. I set up a direct debit with Barclays, after a month i moved it from Barclays to halifax, but halifax did not register properly the direct debit and OU did not get the montly payments as agreed. I went into arrers and the 14 of April 2009 i got an arrer notice for 2 missed payments. I paid 1 and 1/2 of it and i told them that i will call back i pay the rest. In the meantime i completely forgot about the payment with OU, secondlly i did not get any more reminder for arrers payment from OU till the 26th of August when OU sent me a default notice asking me to pay the arrers within the 11th of September (I paid everything). Can someone tell me if OU has used the right procedure to send a default notice without sending me any notice of arrers in nearly 5 months? can i complain it in case it is filed in the credit agency?

Please help
