Please don't txt speak

Now how old and how long have you been paying these debts ?

Have you ever cca them?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

cca= consumer credit agreement

you can request this at any time and this allows you to check that the company are entitled to collect on any debt and if the paperwork is in order

you can sed this for credit cards, loans, catelogues etc.

is that what the debts are for?

cca request:

http://www.consumerforums.com/resources/templates-library/86-debt-collectors/581-cca-request-letter

you need to include a £1 postal order of a cheque butfrom someone else. do not sign te letter, just print your name and send recorded delivery.

You may have to accept that Debt will not be written off in any percentage as its still quite early and they have not got a big enough slice of the pie yet...

plus while you are still working and paying them lots its not in their interest to accept a deal.

Only once they have squeezed every last drop that they can will they be happy...cynical, oh yes...the bastards have had me for 6 years..but not for long..now unemployed and skint...tee hee...yes i know sad that losing my job makes me happy, but it annoys the hell out of the dca's :-D
