Somebody Please help. need info about this asap. Hi does anyone know if you can set aside a judgement again, if you have already set aside once, however the previous defense was not accepted. Received new info and want the judge to consider this; is this possible?

The HFO are pursuing with a order for information through a process server.

NEED INFORMATION TO QUESTION URGENTLY.

hi helen,

not entirely sure what you are asking here? have they received judgment against u after the orignal was set aside?

if you have set the original judgment aside, as im sure u are aware, it returns to the starting point of the claim. they would then have to gain another judgment. if that judgment is not a default judgment falling within CPR13 however, endeavouring to set aside may not be the correct route....perhaps an appeal of the decision may be a better course of action?

i think this may be better in the LEGAL forum for more expert advice though before you continue.
