i have a letter from the FOS who are dealing with my claim, they have eventually said that they wont take it further without more evidence, and they also said the bank had acted within guidelines - i.e. loyds called me and siad 'why dont you change your bank' so thats the reason why this is stuck

is there a template or anything for furhter letters?

im still in hardship more than before, no-one is now working in our home (i lost my job 2 weeks ago due to economic crisis)

What's it all about? You don't give any details. Is this a hardship complaint to the FOS? If it is then don't bother. There is nothing to be done. The hardship provision in the FSA waiver is mainly a myth
