DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

no it was not, 10 posts and you want to play..........

when do they say the payment is due?

and when did you pay them?

simple enough

all payments can take up to 5 working days to clear.

std banking practice.

the advantage of being a longterm CAG member is one of recognising that many a new members p'haps shows frustration in a strange but understandable way, it also makes us thick-skinned, it however does not preclude me not helping what ever you say....

sadly though, in this instance there appears they have done nothing wrong, i would also not worry too much about late payment markers, they do little to affect your cra scoring. pers i would be looking elsewhere if your score is that low.

now, back to the dates issue.......

when did you instigate payment and when did they get it?. we need to check everyone is playing fair here

well you need to find out 'what' is giving you a poor score.

only you can ans this.

you could quite easily go down the route of paying them off on the agreement they remove the late payment markers. they wil play ball.

but i would be VERY sure this is the reason your score is poor.

my gut reaction is that is not the reason.
