The other week, I had a bill paid two days earlier than usual (DD) before my next wages went in, on the same day my money went in they charged me £30 for the mishap.

I printed off the bank statment and stormed into the local branch to demand this £30 back explaining that it is an unfair charge as I am in credit the same day they took it out, in addition they could see that the first bill was the cause of the charge.

within minutes they returned the money.
