Dear All

Only recently a member to this site and read loads of very good information posts.

I do need a bit of advice over my 4 years loan with Yorkshire bank and now Apex credit management.

To be brief, I was paying YB an agreed repayment on my loan since May 2009. Then I ask a solicitor to request a CCA to check as loan before 2007. The solicitor sent this request and three days AFTER it was sent YB sent me a Notice of Assignment and enclosed a letter from Apex saying the loan was sold in February!! News to me!! The letter clealy says that the loan cannot be sold or passed to a third party. Quick work on their behalf. Anyway, Apex now have bought this loan as my loan account at YB is showing zero. Getting the usual letters from Apex requesting payment for full amount of 12,000. Had loads of phone calls, not answered any. Should I now sent Apex a CCA?

Many Thanks :?

I would send this...http://www.consumerforums.com/resources/templates-library/86-debt-collectors/574-letter-when-account-has-been-passed-on-whilst-agreement-request-is-in-dispute Interesting as they were happy to carry on collecting the money when they had sold the debt !!!!
