Cpr 14?

Hi, can some one direct me to the correct template to send for the CPR 14/16 , i have not had a default issued yet, but have requested CCA and been sent nothing but T&Cs . Have sent SAR but they now requesting my signature. Can any one help?

If you still fail to comply to my legal request, I will have no other option than to complain to the Information Commissioners Office & if my complaint is upheld you will be liable to a £5000 fine.

Yes, sorry thats exactly what i mean Cpr 31.14 and cpr 31.16 but is it ok to send the cpr 31.16 as i know it was work in progress by 42site man .I am a little green with this ? but want them to diclose all info to me . Many thnks
