Hi all,

Had my CCA from the debt collects today from Citi.

Looks like from what I have read about CCA's that it is forcable - what I want to know is if DCA can collect on behalf of Citi as it only states -

1. Missing Payments

Missing payments could have severe consequences and make obtaining credit more difficult.

Nothing about passing to a collection agency - does this matter?

My reference number, name and address.

1. Amount paid to borrower £3,002.00

2. Optional Insurance as per insurance application form £0.00

3. Total amount of credit (1)+(2) £0.00

4. Arrangement £115.00

Duration of 48 months with first monthly repayment of £110.00 payable one month after the date of this agreement followed by 47 payments of £110.00 payble on the corresponding day of each following month.

- total amount payable (£110.00 + 47 x £110.00 = £5,280.00)

36.0 % APR

It would be better if you could scan what they have sent, making sure you cover over your personal details. Photobucket is good. In answer to your immediate questions, they only have to give the freqency and amount of repayments, not a specific date. They can assign it to a debt collection agency to collect on their behalf if the account is in arrears. They cannot sell it to a DCA without issuing you with a Default Notice first.

In 3 on your post Total (1+2) does not equal 0.00 - was that on the document???
