Alright people

Just writing this on behalf of my sister who took a loan from the HSBC about 3-4 years ago.

The loan was for £3500 and she has already paid it off but she was paying for PPI aswell.

I just want to know how or if she can claim her PPI back. If she can claim it back can someone please point me in the right direction to do this.

Grateful as always Andy
