Whilst on holiday in Newquay I parked up, in a private car park, (The Grantham) and went to pay. The machine would not accept any money as I presumed it was full.

There was no instructions on the notice next to the machine on what to do in event of this happening.

I returned to my vehicle and placed a note in the windscreen stating what had happend and my mobile number.

Imagine the joy upon my return later that day I discovered that "they" had given me a ticket, :(the usual pay now at £70 or later at £100 style notice.

Has anyone had any dealings with Premier Parking Solutions?

Thanks to the "advice" :D from this site I will not be paying them anytime soon

That's the idea. Do not pay them soon, sometime before Christmas, or anytime this side of eternity. :D

  • 2 months later...

I recieved a second "debt collectors" letter saying that they were arranging to send someone round to assess me before taking me to court and to arrange payment of the outstanding. They said that would happen within 72 hours, dated 1 November, no one has turned up!

I did purchase a Consumeractiongroup e-mail address and inform them of the fact I had not entered into any agreement to pay them nor would I.

Nothing back to my CAG e-mail.

Looking forward to the next inistallement:p
