Central Ticketing have issued me with an £85.00 parking ticket. It was issued because my car tax expried at the end of July, which unfortunately I had overlooked. The car was parked within a car park below the apartment block where I was babysitting my grandson. I don't dispute that I have overlooked the renewal of my road tax which I will renew immediately on line but I was not aware that a private company can issue a ticket for £85 for this offence.

Can anyone offer any help? thank you

I park my car in a car park run by excel and have noticed it is on the signage in the listed 'offences', made me laugh as well now I am wiser via this board.

However, they have about as much right to demand it from you as any of us CAG members!

Yorky.

P.S. £85 please :o)

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
