So maybe we would like some insider info, or maybe not. Do you currently work for RLP? or did you previously work for them?

If you have some insider info, how much of the payment collected by RLP goes to the client?

How many people have RLP taken to court this year?

How many people just pay up, as a percentage of total?

Not willing to say.

Have a heart for gods sake.

To answer your questions.

Every client is different, but largely it's about 40%.

RLP dont really go to court. It's just not worth it for the amount they would get back and the chances of making a precedent in court that could go against civil recovery (read: compensation claims that are averages as opposed to definite amounts), unlikely though it is, makes it unwise.

The amounts people pay varies depending on the stages of action taken. Letters generate different percentages, it's fair to say the longer it goes on the less people pay. Overall its about 30%. Most of them ring up and complain and we talk them into it.

It makes me feel like a valued worker!

For future reference.

Hi Seb,

Thanks for coming onto the forums. I reaslise your need for anonimity. What is your motive for whistleblowing on your employer/ex employer?

Posters/forum users will obviously be suspicious of your motives, but hopefully you can bring something to this forum and it will be appreciated by all who read it. Please try and stick with any criticism and hopefully prove people wrong.

Here are some questions for you........

1. Are any of the employees of RLP qualified solicitors/lawyers? If so, can you give their initials?

2. Does RLP hold the appropriate licenses?

3. How much money does the client receive?

4. How much correspondence does RLP have with their client during a claim?

5. Has RLP ever won a Civil Court action?

6. Has RLP ever been taken to Court and lost a Civil Court action?

7. Do you beleive that the client knows the full extent of RLP's antics?

8. Do alot of clients/companys actually check the 'database of defenders' to make employment decisions.

9. Has it ever been known for the Police to become involved at a later date?

10. How many cases has RLP dropped in recent months?

11. If they agree to drop a case, will they remove the data from their database and that of Cireco Limited without delay or issue?

12. If any, what is the main determing factor for RLP to drop a case?

13. Possibly irrelevant question, but does this forum make RLP a bit nervous at all? Do they read the posts with great interest??

I look forward to your reply.

Thanks again!
