Good Morning. I received this letter from Reliable Collections today. Does it mean they want me to reply that i have no intention of paying them, as they could not provide a CCA? Surely it cant be as easy as that? Oh and yesterday they sent another letter saying that they had made an appointment (with who??) and that someone would be calling on Wednesday between 6 -9pm. This does'nt bother me in the slightest by the way! They have already admitted that the account is in dispute!

load of b*llsh*t, they cant re-start collection activity if you are dipsuting the debt and have told them as much due to no agreement, so until they produce one just ignore the muppets

No reply at all, their whole reason for existing is to niggle you into responding. The debt is unenforceable by their own admission, just ignore them.

I had a similar missive from Ms Beat a while back. It's filed.
