I was working for a company who TUPE to a new company and I chose to stay on the previous terms and conditions now 3 years later, they are trying to force changes to benefits to people on the new contract. I don't have these benefits, I share one benefit (health insurance) can they change my t&c even if I am on a different contract to everyone else?

I am not in a union.

The following information may assist but I would strongly advise you to take advice. This can be obtained free of charge through CAB.

Can the employee challenge a change to the terms and conditions

41

The TUPE regulations describe four circumstances when contract variations may arise and whether or not such variations are valid. Changes which are not valid cannot be enforced and can be challenged by the employee:-

An employee whose terms and conditions are being changed is likely to need advice from a specialist employment adviser.

I contacted Citizen Advice and trying to contact a solicitor. They want to basically streamline the changes to my contract and I feel I won't have a say. :( How can my contract be changed when I am agreeing to the terms from my previous employer?

I couldn't open the links in the previous post.
