how can i find out my old account number from 2006 ..tsb wont tell me

hi all

 

id like to find out my old credit card account number i had with lloyds tsb , i paid this up with a loan in 2006 , tsb saying because it no longer exists they cant tell me

 

any way of me finding out ??

You can send a SAR, and they should send you EVERYTHING relating to accounts in your name....

i sent a SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST letter and a CAA on may 15th 2009 and still not received a response , today ive sent LLOYDS TSB a letter stating they failed to respond to the CAA within allowed time limit etc

 

so i guess that route is blocked until i finally if ever i do receive a full response

 

any other possible ways ??

Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)

hi again , i sent a non compliance letter today regarding the CAA

 

wasnt aware i could do the same foe subject access request non compliance??? i guess i should send them template 3 of the letters ??

LSB don't care a damn about anything apart from Court.

 

Send the non compliance and then Issue the Court papers.

You need to send the one that is most suitable to your circumstances and of course amend to suit if need be

i guess Lloyds tsb just playing me due to the fact i supposidly owe them money .... i will send the non compliance now regarding the SAR LETTER

You can also make a complaint to the ICO https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx who have the power to take enforcement action and fine them £5000.

LTSB will put every obstacle imaginable (and a few that aren't:eek:) in your path, but as long as you follow the advice given here and don't give up they will have to concede eventually - even if it does take going to court!
