i have just moved to australia and owe a bank i england some money. i cant afford to pay the monthly repayments in full anymore, i am able to pay them some money every month. i am just wondering can they issue a default notice even though i am willing to pay them some money. also can an english company register a default on you in another country? with thanks to your replies

Yes they can & will register a default against you on your credit file if they know which country you've moved to.
