Eversheds and sisters bank OD

My sisters has just received a reponse form Eversheds in Leeds in response to her 'How could you miss the stay on the account letter'.

 

There response is Pleased call our telephone monkeys, or put a case forward in relation to the charges and we do not recognise these as an agreed charge and therefore are unable to recompense you.

 

What is the correct reponse to these jokers, does anyone have a draft?

Basically the template letter was sent that says the bank charges are stayed pending outcome of OFT case and that what part of No Enforcement action can be taken do you (DCA) not understand.

 

Eversheds have written back saying we do not recognise this if you want the charges refunded speak to OC in the meantime make an arrangemet to pay regardless of court case.

 

So basically they are saying you have your problem with OC we still want the money, regardless of this account being made up entirely of charges and being in accepted by OC that the charges are pending court outcome.
