Online shop not giving a refund!

Hi,

 

Last Thursday my girlfriend bought a dressing table from the website - www.furnituredealuk.net/

 

We paid direct debit with a maestro card securely via secpay. But after the purchase she realised that the delivery time is was too long. So she emailed to cancel the order and they said they would process the refund. Its been 5 days and ive not heard anything and they are not responding to the 3 emails ive sent them. Sec pay are saying they cant do anything about it.

 

I did some research on the website and it seems they do this a lot!

 

Anyone got any ideas on what to do next? Ive look around the web for help but hit a brick wall.

 

Hope someone can help with this.

Complain to trading standards under CPUT and also send a letter before action giving 7 days. Don't stand for any delay

Thanks for the reply, sent the letter first class yesterday, got a phone call from them this afternoon, very quick now they now im not messing around.
