Here is a letter from 1st Credit that was delivered to my PO Box (and I was not even the addressee) where they are obviosuly trying to tack someone down.

This is 1st Credit (Guernsey) - who I did not even know existed. Why use Guernsey? Attempt to use an "offshore" entity in an attempt to get around OFT and other rules? Maybe worth investigating.

If the address (or me for that matter) DID contact 1st Credit we are told "further information can be provided". Does that mean they will disclose to the caller personal information on the alleged debtor? Surely some violation of rules or guidelines there.

Finally, they write that if no response is received they will ASSUME the addresse is the individual they want to contact.

The poor addressee EITHER has to contact them or, if not, by default, HE/SHE is "in the frame". Why shoudl a recipeint, who gets a letter like this out of the blue, have to DISPROVE ANYTHING.

And this addressee did not even receive this letter - wrongly delivered to me.

Anyway, it just seem to me this is ALL somehow WILDLY against all rules and bears watching and further investigation

Comments noted. HOW do I take it down! Will take it down NOW if someone tells me how to do it? Or does it have to be done by someone else/

Apologies for the intial post. I had thought all details blocked out properly. My mistake
